We are open for 180 days and are the perfect home to snowbirds. We are also a summer playground to local families. These documents are made available to facilitate the continued operation of a top quality recreation facility for our guests.

Seasonal Agreement

Detailing your rights and obligations, purchased service options, payment arrangements, etc. Please complete this document and return a copy to the office before moving in.

Outdoor Campfires

See the Forest Fire Prevention Act. Sections 8.4 and 8.7 of O. Reg. 207-96 applies to the Park. You may also call the Ministry of Natural Resources & Forestry or the City of Timmins Fire Department.
